Special Orders

Special orders are any order for an item that Buckeye Brass and Winds does not carry on a regular basis.

For special order items that Buckeye Brass and Winds has sold previous, or that they believe can be sold in a reasonable amount of time, a 50% non-refundable down-payment is due to Buckeye Brass and Winds at the time a special order is placed. The remaining balance is due at the time the instrument is picked up or shipped.

For special orders that require custom work or that Buckeye Brass and Winds believes has a very low chance of selling to another customer, a 100% non-refundable down-payment is due to Buckeye Brass and Winds at the time a special order is placed. The remaining balance (any applicable sales tax and shipping costs) will be due at the time the instrument is picked up or shipped.
